Holistic Nutrition

Holistic nutrition emphasizes understanding and addressing the unique needs of each individual, rather than adhering strictly to pre-designed meal plans. At its core, holistic nutrition acknowledges the intricate connection between our eating habits, thoughts, emotions, and overall lifestyle.

Personalized Approach

In my practice, I focus on helping individuals understand their own nutritional needs and how to adapt to various life situations. Recognizing that each person is unique, I avoid generic meal plans and instead encourage a deep, personal understanding of one's body and its signals.

Mind-Body Connection

Conversely, if we eat under stress or negative emotions, our metabolism can be adversely affected by stress-related hormones, impacting our overall health.

      Nutritional basic rules:

  • Nourish your body in order to be sustained in your life journey! You need a healthy body in order to accomplish your dreams, mission, destiny or to be happy!

  • Practice a sport, do yoga, go to the gym, walk fast, exercise!Body movement is essential for the metabolic process!Lymphatic system works continuously cleaning your body and body movement makes it works properly!

  • Drink enough water!Your body contains 70% water!so, do not forget to reintegrate the natural component of your body for its perfect working!

  • Eat at fixed hours, this will maintain the equilibrium of your metabolic process and your body will not deposit the fats!

 

              FOOD IS ENERGY, so what do you choose to eat?

             If the food is fresh and full of live colours(non processed food), the nutrients are there, so in this moment is your turn to impact it energetically by:

  • Enjoying  your meals!

  • Loving  what you eat, not eating what you do not enjoy!

  • Do not eat when you are too stressed, your negative thoughts and emotions will influence in a negative way your metabolism!

  • Bless the food you eat, recognising its power!

  • Working with your imaginative force(Imagery) imagining that all what you eat is healing you and nourishing in a perfect way your body!
